    pe -- past action terminated
    dja - future action intended
    dju - indeterminate future action

Proposed Tense Particles

    li  past        action related to some time fairly long ago
    le  precessive  action related to some time fairly recent
    la  present     action related to moment of speech
    lu  successive  action related to some time fairly soon
    lo  future      action related to some time fairly far off

    Syntax: Any of these + Locative <he> creates a time word for
            marking a clause.

Proposed Concurrence (Aspect) Particles

           action's end adjoins or intersects tense's beginning
           (or sometimes after speech-moment if present tense)

           action occurs entirely within tense
