I don't think it's from "Blood Fever" but the episode (whose name I can never remember!) where Harry Kim falls in love with a holodeck character and gets advice from Tuvok on how to control his infatuation.  Tuvok described the stages of falling in love and how to fight the associated emotions.  Last week's episode "Gravity" ties in quite nicely.
