Most likely, you are correct.  Some may wonder, "what will happen to the 
list once the language is finally finished," and it seems that since 
Paramount will most likely pay no attention to us, and they will 
continue to have Vulcans in series and movies with new words, we will 
have to continue to work as much of what they do into what we've done.  
It looks like an on-going process.

Possibly.  Perhaps MSV would be the only language taught at Starfleet 
Acedemy.
