If you consider Voyager canon, I could cite that one episode where
they got letters from home, remember? T'Pel mentioned that their new
granddaughter was named T'Mina. Since Voyager hasn't been gone for
seven years, I assume T'Mina is still an infant or a toddler and
therefore wouldn't have been betrothed.
