Absolutely.

One question I have for the list is whether there should be a 
distinction between <ok> and <ock>.  The sound is the same (again, to my 
American-English speaking analasis), so it would seem kind of pointless 
to have two when there could easily be one. Or perhaps Spock should be 
written <S>+<p>+<o+kh>?

This would give us?

<okh>=for Spock
<ok> =for Tuvok.

I think there still needs to be another symbol for a masculine <T> since 
Tuvok is hardly femamine.
