Yes, it's an excerpt from a technical support case document.

Possibly, some of it is a description of calls with the customer (I
think), but most of it records email conversations.

Well, there were other parts from the case notes which had accented
characters, but I knew those kind of characteers have had problems 
coming thru correctly in email so I picked this portion which was all
ascii text.
