These sort of things would have to be decided (primarily by Marketa) on a
case by case basis based only on how they should be pronounced.  Personally,
my system just lacks separate "letters" for <y> and <oy> as seen in the
original text.  Because <ai> and <aii> (or <oi> and <oii>)are different
things, it really just depends on how we want each word that uses them to
sound.  The difference really isn't all that apparent in fast speech.  One
note: <ai> and <oi> are not used in any English words, to the best of my
knowledge, and that would help to add to the alienness of Vulcan, eh?
Because I don't have an <ee> or <eh> in my system, I would simply use <e>
for it.

If, by chance, my system gains no popularity and I am the sole person who
likes it, the newly patented "Zook Method" is definately my second choice,
with its vowel+<h> digraphs.  Until it comes down to that, I'll hold out on
my own!
