I am thinking of 2 and 3, in a pinch definitely 3.
However, I still don't like these ISA characters but having a Vulcan scri=

I feel, in agreance with earlier postings, the original ZC is riddled wit=

Let's keep the current thing and work with that. Please note were not eve=

close to the end of trouble.

BTW, I say Vulcan has one official language for official and administrati=
ve
things. When talking ceremonial languages and dialects, people can do
what they jolly well please.
