Howabout maybe some goals and objectives, constraints (i,e. how
much we can change/add and what we probably shouldn't mess with),
who's the ultimate arbiter (Marketa), and who is working on what 
(everbody who wants to on anything, hopefully).

Along with the delimiters it might be nice to have a little
primer on Linguistics - real basic stuff about phonology and morphology
and then some links to linguistic resources on the net.
