I've updated all versions of the UTA JavaScript version

To included the "word generator" feature - that is, each has a
simple form to play with making up rules for generation or words AND
replacing the vocab with word created using the generator.

The Vocab can also be edited by the user.  (Though it only persists for
the duration of the web session).
