So far, I've been using the rule-of-thumb that a -linguistics
subscriber is also a subscriber to either vulcan-l or vulcan-l-digest,
so that Vulcan related non-linguistic items have a forum. I'm
planning to turn that into a subscriber requirement, unless there
is some serious objection.
