As a potential aid to members new and old, I've generated a
web-browsable copy of Randall's message archive for this list. I was
tinkering with it anyway, but I realized it could be of particular
value to newcomers. It's located at

At the moment all that's there is a long table of links to all the
messages in posted order. Each link is accompanied by indication of
the message's speaker, subject, date, and time. As I have time, I
intend to add a semi-threaded view and an engine for searching among
speakers by name, among subjects by keyword, and through history by
date-range. And at the moment my copy is only current through
mid-January, though I'll try to update it on a fairly regular basis.

I _think_ I've yanked or mildly garbled every occurance of
computer-legible e-mail addresses, to protect us from trawlers. I can
be more severe about this if anyone's concerned.
